Position: Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the hedge fund sales team.
- Assist in client onboarding process
- Maintain hedge fund sales proprietary client management data base
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including airfare, hotel arrangements, and car service
- Maintain teams calendar, schedule all meetings and conference calls, field e-mails and phone calls, handle meeting conflicts
- Client interaction; act as liaison with clients and their assistants.
- Manage multiple calendars while anticipating needs
- Prepare and submit expenses via SAP Concur
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and conference calls
- Work closely with team members when they are traveling
Required Background/Skills:
- Superior time management, organization, and adaptability skills with a strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated and proactive self-starter
- Quick learner with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to deal with confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using SAP Concur preferred
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of administrative experience preferred
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $95,000 to $115,000
The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
